WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days from when the order is placed. If an item you require is temporarily out of stock we will obtain your order and dispatch when all items are available maintaining contact with the customer throughout.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED?
Our company will authorise the return of an item in the following circumstances:

Faulty or damaged items You may return any item which is faulty or damaged. We will refund the amount for the order once we have received and processed your item.

Over ordered or incorrect item You may return any incorrect item sent to you as a result of an error. You will be refunded when we have received and processed the item. You may return any unopened or unused item within 28 days of receiving it for a full refund. Postage will only be refunded if it is a result of an error on our behalf.

Due to the nature of some of our products, a re-stocking charge may apply.

CAN I COLLECT?
